Spring is being mean to Winter

With the precious snow falling victim to the merciless rays of the sun, it’s time to visit the playgrounds again.  Noah seems into it, but Kate put on a disguise before we went.  I didn’t ask who she was hiding from.

Charlotte from day care was at the park with her mom Jennifer.

Noah points at things in twos.

“Noah, someone is following us..  Oh wait, it’s Mom.”

Rollin’ in the hood.

Post nap outside needed now(ness).

(Alright..  I actually shot that before Noah’s nap, but it fits the story so stick with me.)

When Noah woke up from his nap on Saturday we took a trip to the bank and even though the bank is only a block and a half from our apt., Noah insisted we drive there.

I think this may count as a zero emission car though.

The Farmer’s Market

Saturday morning at The Farmers Market at (in?, on?) Grand Army Plaza.  It was a beautiful day and you could feel that spring would be here soon.

The snow, like the dirty champ it is, was hanging tough though.

Noah and I walked around checking things out while Kate picked up the food she needed.

Noah chased some pigeons, then a squirrel.

It’s kind of hard to see the squirrel in this shot, but he’s there, on a branch in the tree.

One more “temporally” stop, then home for lunch.

Lunch with Nana and Opa

Over the weekend we stopped by to see Nana and Opa Urban, set up their new fax/copier/printer, and have some lunch.

Noah patiently waiting for Nana to come back with sandwiches.

Noah trying to say “Avacado”.

Winter camping

Testing out the beach tent from Mark, Jen, and Lou after a morning in the snow.

Set up so you can still see the Olympics on TV…

…and perfect for napping (or pretend napping).

Goodnight Nana and Grampa

After his bath and some milk, Noah soaked in all the love he could before going to bed.

It’s ok, Nana and Grampa milked it too.

A little “risky business” after the Children’s Museum and a nap.

Tofu and lentils for lunch.

Dude lost a wheel in the middle of one of the busiest intersections in Brooklyn.

Nana and Opa Urban were having some friends over so we stopped by to see everyone and have some drinks and snacks.

Uncle Tim stopped by too.

The walk home.

Noah telling Nana Holt that our tub isn’t as exciting as their shower/jacuzzi/game show booth.
