Sunday in the backyard

Chilling, Friends Comments Off on Sunday in the backyard

After sleeping well Saturday night, we woke up late on Sunday.  I feel guilty anytime I sleep in, so I forced Kate and Noah to come out with me and hunt down the Deaners who were out bright and early like usual.

We chilled in the park for a while, but when the Patriots started to just fall apart I dragged everyone back to our apartment so I could try to catch the second half of their game against the Dolphins.  This is how Julian felt about the Patriots defense.

We spent the rest of the afternoon in the backyard, grilling up some burgers and fresh summer corn.

Good title huh?

After having a rough Friday we decided to just drag Noah around Brooklyn Saturday.  We walked around Fulton Mall (tempted by baby size Air Jordan’s), we bought an iron at Macy’s (you’ll be hyped mom), and then grabbed ice cream sandwiches at One Girl Cookie.

After our treats we walked over to Cobble Hill Park where Noah ate and finally rid himself of two days of gas.

Brooklyn Heights Promenade.

I would have taken more pictures of Noah, but he was strapped to my chest all day.  Cute kid.

Friday was rough for everyone.  Noah’s stomach gurgled all day.

Saturday was better.
