On Friday we took a ride up to NH for Father’s Day Weekend and to be with my father as he has some surgery on Monday.

Our Father’s Day gift strapped to the roof of the car.

The Last Days of Cute

Gross, Learning 2 Comments »

I don’t know where it came from, but Noah has this new face he’s been giving us lately. Sometimes he makes it in frustration, sometimes for attention, sometimes it’s just random, but it’s always pretty ugly (no offense to Chris Farley).

For reference here is a before photo. So many cute features…

Video proof in case you don’t believe me. Not the best video I’ve made, but you get the point.

Most Boringest Day Ever

Chilling Comments Off on Most Boringest Day Ever

Noah was stuck in the house yesterday, watching us stuff promos.  It’s been a while since I mailed out my own promo(tional) card, usually I have the company that prints the cards mail them out, but the way things came together this time I was stuck with the job.  Printing addresses onto 950 envelopes, stuffing the cards into said envelopes, and placing 950 stamps.

Amid all this manual labor, Noah’s pants wouldn’t stay up so I gave him a shoestring belt.  He didn’t seem to notice his new “belt”, but it kept me amused.

Sitting with Lee on the back porch/balcony of the finished barn on their property, overlooking a small pond and creek.  Again, perfect.

For 13 years the town of Callicoon, NY, with it’s classic American Main Street, has been putting on a tractor parade.  People come for miles.

After the parade Kate, Noah, and I made our way back to Brooklyn, stopping off at The Fat Lady Cafe on Kauneoga, NY for lunch.
