This is where we put Noah’s stuff at day care.
Here are some random scenes we looked at on the way home.
Noah’s first week at day care went really well. He’s getting some intense molars so it was bound to be a little rough, but he seems happy to play with the other kids and the ladies that look after him seem to enjoy having him there.

Every year the Brooklyn Botanic Garden puts on a pre-Halloween party for the kids. They can make masks, listen to music, ride (sit on) fake animals, and try on big paper maché costumes.
I have to admit that this was my first time going to the Botanic Garden. I know.. I’ve lived in NY for over a decade now, but I just never made it. Kate tried to spend every Tuesday here with other moms (because it was free) so she was a pro. She didn’t even need my help down these stairs.
Some questionable “off-roading”.
They sure like labeling things, even rocks.
Making a shaker out of a plastic egg and your choice of dried seeds and beans.
Gotta tape that egg closed so the seeds don’t fall out if Noah drops it…
..or throws it.
Lunch at a spot were we can watch the Patriots game.

Today Noah started day care. It’s only a half day, but it’s still a big one.
On Saturday Nana and Grampa Holt got to wish him luck, via the interwebs.
