About 2 weeks ago… No school. Martin Luther King Jr. Day made it “daddy day care” day. Starring, A collaborative creation. Insert one bus ride and BAM! The Brooklyn Children’s Museum. We met up with Savannah and Derby, and Chester, and Chester’s friend Paxton at the museum… It was going to be great. Noah could run around and play… Or just be shy for a while… I brought him over to a section where he could make music. Once he found the DJ booth he was fine. There was some great fashion at the museum too. Like this one piece jumper (overalls?) a girl with short straight bangs was wearing. Noah liked the dirt, Savannah liked the dolls. Chester! Yes Noah, that was a little boy with a pony tail on top of his head. Modeling for a photographer from The Daily News. The “auspicious one” as seen through a peep hole. It was time to go and Savannah was having a hard time saying good bye to a doll she found. On the walk home, Noah was over hearing all of us talk I guess. Thanks to Aransas (Savannah’s mom) for inviting us out and showing up like a champ with lunch for everyone.

Modern parenting. After we all wake up, we drive to Natick to see The Charests. Ben! Ben’s skis! Tyler! Noah wanted his cinnamon roll on the firetruck. It was a quick visit, we had to get back to NYC to watch The Pats lose. Fast forward about 4 hours… Derby! Surprisingly, even Savannah in her Patriots cheerleader outfit couldn’t get our team into the game. Thanks for breakfast Mark, Sarah, Ben, and Tyler!! Thanks to The Savas’s for having us over to watch the last Patriots game of the season.

The other weekend we drove up to Boston. On the way Noah got sick twice, ruining both of the outfits we brought for him. I think he was just trying to get some new clothes. Kate, grossed out from rinsing Noah’s nasty clothes. Noah psyched on his new kit. Noah fell asleep in the car on the drive over to see Sarah and Oliver… Sarah, Oliver, and Oliver’s sister Anna made fresh pasta. Our dirty car. Thanks to Sarah and Oliver for a great night of amazing pasta and emergency laundry.
