Noah Cardiel Holt | My life according to other people

About a week ago Kate wrote “pig” on the chalkboard that Noah eats next to every morning. Today Noah erased it and said that he was going to write “pig”. The rest is history.

On Saturday Noah experienced his first film festival. We carefully explained to him that it is important, when attending such an event, to remain critical of everything around him at all times.

We (somehow) found our seats (no usher? SMH!) and began to examine the (hastily designed) schedule (which was not in military time!).

As the lights lowered (barely, is this absolute dark? OMG!) the projector sprung to life.

(Animals, so predictable)

Good times. 10 short animations. All well chosen. I highly recommend it (even if Kate had to drag Noah and I there).

On the other hand, I don’t recommend going shopping with Kate after.

Tis’ the season for Noah’s school to put on their annual Holiday Extravaganza!

First up, the lil’, lil’ ones.

The second group (the 2 year olds) kind of fell apart.

Noah was proud of himself, or maybe he was proud of the red turtleneck he had to wear. Either way, he was happy to see us.

Lil’ dude fresh out the barber shop (it’s a toy store actually..) trying to get right for the holidays.

Saturday afternoon Aransas invited us over to decorate cookies, we got there right as Snow White was waking from a nap.

Eric and Laura came over to help too (i.e. show us what to do).
