After a night filled with spin art, Aunt Mindy and Noah woke up determined to tie dye shirts before Aunt Mindy drove back to NH. Here they are heading out for supplies.

Riding some laps in front of the Barclay’s Center.

At lunch, watching the Patriots game with sun in the eyes.

Back home.

Tying before dyeing.

Makeshift gloves.

Then it was time to say good bye.

It took a while.

No one was in a rush.

Thanks for the visit Aunt Mindy. It was great to have you here, as always!

Waking up in Providence at the Deaners house the morning after an amazing Patriots game. Noah left Julian a drawing.

Waiting for breakfast.

The boys with their own table. Noah had crepes.

The garnish left with us.

After breakfast we checked out Joshua’s new office!

Sorry for not taking better flicks of the space. Joshua did a great job with this, it really looks great.

Noah liked the big chalkboard.

Noah brainstorming Joshua’s new logo.

Saying goodbye…

On the way home we made a stop at the Mystic Aquarium.

They have 4 beluga whales!!

Feeding rays.

Mocking a sea lion.

An octopus and it’s toy.

A few more minutes with the beluga’s before we got back in the car.

Before school, with a “rollie pollie” in his bug case for show-and-tell.

After school, doing homework for the first time.

Life keeps getting more real for a 5 year old.

Emotional day. First day of kindergarten at PS133. I didn’t get it, what was the big deal? Kate even had to convince me to go with them… I get/got it now.

Moral of the story, don’t let that business suit keep you off your BMX bike. Ever.

We picked up some more team members.

Waiting in the cafeteria for Noah’s teacher.

Showing Nana T. and Opa the new school supplies.

Ms. Gamory (in the back with the yellow sweater) addressing the class.

We weren’t sure who we would know at the new school, but then we saw Selah and Samantha who were both in Noah’s pre-k class.

Saying goodbye.

The first day was short, and went real smooth. Noah adjusted quicker than we did.

Early September, waking up at Cedar Point County Park.

Finding cool “seeds”.

We met up with Uncle Bugs for breakfast in this super safe diner in a super safe part of town (those are bullet holes).

Long Island Aquarium.

Splashed.

Flouders are strange.

These things are strange too.

Sharks.

Back at the campground.

I cooked dinner.
