Sunday morning, opening a gift from Auntie Mindy (Thanks!).

Then we met up with this girl…

…and Nana and Opa for a trip into the city to see Santa.

The sun was bright and the line was long..

But we made it inside right before Santa took a break.

Derbs!

This was Noah’s 4th year visiting Santa at ABC, the excitement showed on his face.

Faker.

Then, a little something for me.

This might be the year…

Scenes from a Brooklyn family putting up tree

Saturday we picked out our tree.

My own tradition is to take a photo of the lightbulbs against a blue sky.

Noah pointing out that I don’t have to carry the tree home, they will deliver.

What’s with kids and crust?

Detangled.

The tree isn’t photo ready yet. Maybe soon, hopefully before we take it down.

Couple Saturdays ago.

Mo’ stole Noah.

Roaming knife sharpener.

Kate, hiding out in the drugstore.

Noah hiding out while Kate shopped.

Dumbo and the great new carousel.

Oh hey, a gorilla…

Oh hey! Derby!

Savannah wasn’t into the carousel.

A show. This lady, on the left, drove a nail into her nose. Real kid friendly stuff.

This dude juggled knives on a rope made of toilet paper.

Noah giving Savannah a graffiti tour.

Then there was this.

Done.

Noah with a big ole scrape from a fight he had with some cement stairs.

Saturday morning we went for a run, then walked over to Underwood Park and played for a little while.

Trolls.

Brisket for lunch at The Brooklyn Flea.

Book shopping.

These are the kind of people that hang out at The South Street Seaport.

Silly.
