In the middle of our Florida vacation we went big and took Noah and Finn to Disney World for the day.

Waiting.

In the car, Noah got sick. Kate quickly washed his shirt and we stuck it in the window to dry.

It was a party from the minute we got in the gates.

Cute princess in training.

Good times.

Kate on the Peter Pan ride.

Later, back at the condo decompressing, and watching people walk on the beach and swim in the pool.

Finn and his Aunt Moira looking at the stars in real life and on the iPad.

In July we spent a nice, relaxing week in Florida with Kate’s family and cousins. I took some pictures for you.

When we landed, Kate’s cousin Dede picked us up at the airport and drove us to her brother Patrick’s house where everyone was swimming and Finn, Patrick and Amy’s son, was shooting arrows.

Finn’s friend Presley.

Declan!

Patrick tossing Finn.

Father and son circus tricks.

Later, Noah chasing lizards and paying the price.

At Kat and Moira’s house, still chasing lizards the next day.

After driving from Orlando to New Smyrna Beach and getting settled in…

These photos are from a while back, but look a lot like any given weekend this summer for us in Prospect Park. Noah’s been riding his bike more, going faster and faster.

And the ice skating rink was turned into a great water park.

Giant Leo in town from LA (with his parents Amanda and Brian)!!

Mae!

A couple weekends ago we went to see Kara Walker’s sculptures in the soon to be destroyed Domino Sugar Factory in Williamsburg with the LA kids and the Hsiao’s (Jerry, Amanda, Mae, and Leni). Here’s a nice article from the New Yorker if you want a little backstory.

Right away Noah wanted to see the “backside”.

After the show, and before lunch I wanted to check out a camping store. Mae and Noah didn’t.

Leni was cool with it though!
